Just because you have a day job and you work out doesn’t mean you have to be healthy. What is a day job?

A day job is a work day that you do during the workweek. Typically, it involves more than one shift per week, and it’s typically part-time or contract. A typical day of work can range from 8-6 hours, with about 4 hours on the weekend.

Now what does this have to do with fitness? A lot actually. If you’re doing a full-time job that requires you to be at your desk for eight hours a day, your body will not have time to absorb all the nutrients in your food when you eat late at night. This leaves little room for an efficient and healthy diet.

How do you work out?

You may be thinking, “I’m not that athletic. I don’t do sports.” But you can still work out. The key is to exercise in a smart way and do it right, whether you have time for a workout or not.

The best workouts are composed of multiple movements, slow speed, and good form. Those three things will keep you safe from injuries and prevent other problems like muscle cramps and joint aches that could get worse if you don’t stick to your workout schedule.

Eating well for a workout depends on several factors: You need to know how much your body needs what nutrients. You need to know what foods are going to be high in sugar and/or carbs (referred to as “sweeteners”), so that you can use them wisely during your workout. And last but not least, you need good nutrition advice and tips on how best to fuel yourself during a workout session.

You work, I work out!!!

No, we don’t all have a gym membership. That’s why I like to share with you a great tip that I discovered through research. And it’s not just for the people who work out at the gym but for everyone who works out anywhere. In fact, this has been true since ancient times when cavemen and women played outside in the sun.

Now, let me explain.

When you work out outside, you are exposing yourself and your body to harmful sun rays and UV radiation from the sun.
